SimpleCRM collects only the information necessary to operate the service: email address for authentication, optional full name, and lead data you enter (contact names, companies, emails, phones, notes).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the CRM service, (b) manage your account and authentication, (c) improve application functionality. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Data Storage

All data is securely stored in Supabase with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure each company can only access its own data.

4. Authentication

We use Supabase Auth for authentication. We support email/password login and OAuth with Google. We do not store passwords in plain text.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your active session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct it, export it, or delete your account. Contact us to exercise these rights.
