1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SimpleCRM, you accept these terms of service. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
SimpleCRM is a minimalist CRM platform for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipeline. Features include: lead management, customizable statuses, communication channels, kanban/list view, and team collaboration.
3. User Account
You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the security of your account, (b) all activities under your account, (c) notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not: (a) use the service for illegal activities, (b) attempt to access other companies' data, (c) reverse engineer the software, (d) send spam or malicious content, (e) intentionally overload the infrastructure.
5. Data and Privacy
You own your data. SimpleCRM implements Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure data isolation between companies. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
6. Team Collaboration
Admins can invite users to their company. Each user can have admin or member role. Admins are responsible for managing their team's access.
7. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
SimpleCRM is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages. It is your responsibility to export and backup your data regularly.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
